Tens of thousands of metric tons of leaves: BSR begins cleanup

The BSR has begun its annual leaf-cleaning campaign. Over the coming weeks and months, employees are expected to sweep up approximately 36,000 metric tons of fallen leaves once again.

The company announced that, in the coming weeks and months, employees are expected to rake up another 36,000 metric tons of fallen leaves. That is equivalent to the weight of about 6,000 African elephants. A total of 2,400 employees with 550 vehicles are working to collect the leaves.
