The inquest has taken place into a man who was found dead in a flat in York.
Gavin Craig Feetenby was found unresponsive at the flat on Markham Crescent on on 19
October 2021.
His death was one of two in the same flat within days of each other, shocking the otherwise quiet street in the Groves.
An inquest in writing into his death has just been completed.
Mr Feetenby, formerly known as Gavin Craig Konya, was declared dead at 11.07pm that day.
He was 46 and of no fixed abode.

Following the post mortem and toxicologist report, North Yorkshire senior coroner Jon Heath wrote: “The cause of his death is established as the effects of a combination of cocaine and alcohol on a background of naturally occurring coronary artery atherosclerosis.”
Atherosclerosis is where your arteries become narrowed, making it difficult for blood to flow through them.
Two people were arrested after Mr Feetenby’s body was discovered.
Just over a week later, on Wednesday, 27 October 2021, another man was found dead at the flat.
It sparked understandable concerns in Markham Crescent at the time. One resident said “people don’t even feel safe in their own street any more”.
The second dead man was Francis McNally, 35, from Leeds. In January 2023, two York men, Curtis Turpin and Adam Hudson, were jailed for life for his murder.
The flat was Mr Turpin’s home, the court was told.
