A former Durham Police officer will face a misconduct hearing accused of behaving inappropriately towards two colleagues while working as an acting sergeant.
The five-day hearing is due to begin at The Glow Centre in Newton Aycliffe on Monday, October 12.
The former officer is accused of making a number of inappropriate comments and carrying out sexualised acts towards two colleagues, known as Officer A and Officer B, between March and September 2023.
The alleged incidents happened while the officer was on duty, according to information published ahead of the hearing.
The allegations are said to breach standards requiring officers to treat colleagues with respect and maintain public confidence in policing.

The claims have been classed as gross misconduct, the most serious level of wrongdoing.

The hearing is scheduled to start at 10am on Monday, October 12, and last five days.
