A NEW shop has opened its doors in a York suburb after a renovation project.
One Stop, located on 137 Beckfield Lane in Acomb, officially opened on a brand new store last Friday (October 2) with a launch event held to welcome visitors through the doors.
As reported by The Press, plans lodged with York Council saw the Go Local Extra store in Acomb's Beckfield Lane rebranded as a One Stop.

The first 50 customers at the opening received free One Stop-branded shopper bags filled with products, and five shoppers found 'golden tickets' hidden in-store, each winning a £20 voucher.
A spokesperson for One Stop said: "Customers filled the aisles, delighted to welcome One Stop to the area and looked around the freshly fitted-out store."
The store stocks a mix of household brands and One Stop’s own label products, including fresh produce, meat, dairy, ready meals, and desserts.
