An artist has produced a unique mural at Green Lane Primary School, showcasing his renowned doodle maps.

Freelance illustrator Dave Draws, known for his distinctive doodle maps of towns and cities across the UK and overseas, crafted a mural featuring Bradford’s notable sites and buildings.

The artwork, a tribute to the local community, was part of his continued work with The Priestley Academy Trust, following a successful project at Margaret McMillan Primary School.

Alongside the mural, Mr Draws also conducted interactive art workshops for the pupils.

These sessions offered the children an opportunity to learn directly from an artist, understand his distinctive style, and boost their own creative confidence.

The mural, which celebrates Bradford’s rich history and culture, is intended to inspire Green Lane’s young artists and encourage them to take pride in their city.

Mr. Draws’ work is part of a wider commitment across the Priestley Academy Trust to inspire creativity through the curriculum and bring contemporary street art to life in an engaging way.

Next, the artist is set to create a mural at Atlas Community Primary School.

Green Lane Primary is one of six schools within The Priestley Academy Trust, which is dedicated to "creating opportunity and aspiration for every child".
