Young girl left 'devastated' after piglets 'stolen' from rural Teesside home

An appeal has been launched after baby piglets said to be too young to leave their mother were reportedly stolen from a property in Upleatham.

A family has been left devastated after baby piglets were reportedly stolen from a rural property in East Cleveland.

The piglets are believed to have been taken from Upleatham, near Redcar, on Sunday evening (October 4), sparking an appeal from their owners to help bring them home.

The piglets are reportedly still very young - and are said to be too young to be separated from their mother.

She has been calling out for them since they disappeared.
