Yorkshire estate agency North Residential has appointed Anne Haggas as its new Head of New Homes, securing a senior hire from property firm Savills to spearhead the growth of its residential development business.
Haggas joins the independent agency following a successful tenure within the residential development and new homes business at Savills. In her new role, she will take charge of North Residential’s New Homes division, managing developer relationships across Yorkshire from early-stage development appraisal and consultancy through to marketing strategies and sales launches.
The strategic appointment marks a major step forward in North Residential’s regional expansion, following the agency’s successful rebranding from the former Knight Frank Harrogate office.
