The 24 National League clubs join the competition for the fourth qualifying round
Ninth-tier SE Dons, the former Sunday league team created by rapper Don Strapzy, will travel to Sholing with a place in the first round of the FA Cup at stake.
SE Dons, from Bexleyheath in London, are in the Southern Counties East Premier Division in only their third season in non-league football.
Their fourth qualifying round opponents from Hampshire compete in tier seven in the Southern League Premier Division South.
The other ninth-tier side left in the FA Cup fourth qualifying round, Tadley Calleva, from just north of Basingstoke, are away to National League side Aldershot Town.
Matches will be played on and around the weekend of Saturday, 17 October, with winners of the 32 ties joining the League One and Two clubs in the competition proper in November.
