Amanda Owen has revealed she does not watch her own television programmes because she already knows how they end.
The Yorkshire Shepherdess became a household name through Our Yorkshire Farm, which followed Amanda, her former husband Clive and their nine children living and working at remote Ravenseat Farm in Swaledale.
The family have since returned to screens in Our Farm Next Door: Amanda, Clive and Kids, which follows life at Ravenseat alongside the restoration of neighbouring farmhouse Anty John's.

But despite allowing cameras to document years of her family life, Amanda has admitted she does not tend to sit down and watch the finished programme herself.
Speaking at Our Farm Next Door: A Behind-the-Scenes Celebration at Everyman Northallerton on Wednesday, September 30, Amanda was asked whether she and her family watch the series when it is broadcast.
Speaking to host Jeremy Buxton, Amanda said: "Do we watch our own show? Of course we don't.
"It's not like there's any spoilers at all and we don't know what happens.
"There's no cliffhangers on all of this, it's our lives so I don't think we'll tune in. We don't watch an awful lot of television."
The Royal Television Society Yorkshire event was held ahead of the fourth series of Our Farm Next Door, with Amanda discussing the programme and its behind-the-scenes production.
Her comments also highlight the unusual position the Owen family find themselves in.
While viewers follow developments at Ravenseat and Anty John's episode by episode, those events happened months before they eventually appear on television.
The fourth series was filmed across winter 2025 and spring 2026, meaning Amanda and her family already know the outcomes long before viewers see them.
The new series will follow another major stage in the restoration of Anty John's, with work on the centuries-old farmhouse entering its third year.
Wise Owl Films, the production company behind the programme, has revealed the plastered walls are finally dry, allowing floorboards to arrive, painting to begin and rooms to start taking shape.
The family will also tackle one of their biggest challenges yet as they attempt to bring a piped water supply across the moors and into the house for the first time.
Meanwhile, life at Ravenseat continues, from Christmas Day celebrations through to the Easter lambing season.
The Owen children will also take on new challenges, with Nancy continuing to dream of becoming both a ballerina and farmer, Edith preparing for exams and taking charge of the cream tea van, and Sid facing his tractor test.
By the end of the series, Amanda and the girls will prepare for their first sleepover at Anty John's.
Viewers may be tuning in to see how it all unfolds, but Amanda herself is unlikely to be among them.
As she told the Northallerton audience: "It's our lives, so I don't think we'll tune in."
Our Farm Next Door: Amanda, Clive and Kids is on More4 every Monday from 9pm.
