The farm offers a variety of pumpkins and squashes, suitable for carving, cooking, or autumn decorations.

As the pumpkin patch is part of a working farm, visitors are advised to wear wellies or boots, especially if the weather turns wet.

In the event of heavy rain and muddy conditions, Baydale Farm also has an indoor pumpkin store where visitors can continue to browse and buy.

Facilities on-site include toilets, and the route from the car park to the patch is flat, though access to the field may depend on weather conditions.

For those looking to extend their visit, the farm also hosts special evening events throughout October.

Its Dusk to Darkness sessions invite visitors to pick pumpkins under festoon lighting as night falls, with entry priced at £10 per car.

Pumpkins are charged separately.
