Former footballer Chris Kamara has paid a visit to a popular Leeds attraction

A Leeds city centre family attraction is casting an enchating spell over some famous faces.

Magic-themed mini golf course The Hole in Wand, based at the Merrion Centre, has recently held a big bash to celebrate the venue’s first birthday. Former Emmerdale Gaynor Faye, YouTube sensations Alexis and Liam Blake, and Lindsey Burrow were all in attendance, and the proceedings were hosted by Matt Jameson from Married at First Sight.

We’ve also seen former Leeds United star-turned-broadcaster, Chris Kamara recently pop in for a visit with his family. Discussing his time at The Hole in Wand, based in Leeds city centre, Chris, affectionately known as Kammy, said: “I thought I was in for a simple round of mini golf when I took my grandkids to The Hole in Wand in Leeds. What I got instead was a full-blown adventure.

“This isn’t just a mini golf course - it’s a little magical world tucked right into the heart of the city. The moment we stepped inside, the kids’ eyes were wider than mine when I first saw VAR. The place is absolutely buzzing - there are glowing potions, mysterious doorways, and staff who stay in character better than some Premier League defenders stay in formation.”
