PUPILS explored everything from construction to charity work during a day dedicated to future career possibilities.
Atlas Community Primary School in Manningham, Bradford, hosted the careers day as part of its wider mission to connect classroom learning with real-world opportunities.
Organised in partnership with educational organisation Own Futures, the event introduced children to a variety of professions through talks and hands-on activities.
Jennie Snowden, acting headteacher at Atlas Community Primary, said: "Events like this are vital for sparking imagination and ambition at an early age.
"By giving our pupils the chance to interact directly with colleagues from professions as diverse as construction to digital communications, animal care and the emergency services, we are showing them that their future opportunities are limitless.
"Huge thanks to everyone at Own Futures and to all the professionals who came along to support our event and inspire our pupils."

Representatives from the police, RSPCA, Vistry, Telent, the rail industry, and the Yorkshire Independent Roof Training Group spoke to pupils from Reception to Year 6 about their roles and industries.
A community fundraising champion from the Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice also attended to introduce students to careers in the charity sector.
One of the highlights of the day was a construction workshop where pupils built model playgrounds out of foam, giving them a hands-on taste of the planning and design process.
The careers day forms part of a wider programme at Atlas Community Primary to develop pupils' skills and raise aspirations.

Year 6 students are currently working with professional sports journalist Gareth Walker through the Literacy Kicks programme, which helps them develop writing, reporting, and sports journalism skills.
Atlas is part of the Priestley Academy Trust, a group of six schools in Bradford’s Manningham area.
The trust delivers the 'Priestley Promise', a set of 40 enriching experiences.
One of the trust’s four key strands is Careers and Aspirations, which includes financial literacy sessions and university visits.
Other schools in the trust include Green Lane Primary School, Lilycroft Primary School, Margaret McMillan Primary School, Miriam Lord Primary School, and Westbourne Primary School.
The Priestley Academy Trust aims to "create opportunity and aspiration for every child".
