Politicians have failed to protect us from waves of migrants - Yorkshire Post Letters

From: Clark Cross, Linlithgow, West Lothian.

Politicians both Labour and Conservative have failed abysmally to protect our country from the hordes of uncivilised male migrants landing on our shores looking for our welfare benefits, NHS and accommodation and more.

The 250,000 and counting who have crossed the Channel will cost taxpayers £350,000 each over their lifetime. Their attitude to women can be seen by the number of rapes and sexual advances made and prison numbers. There are obvious solutions which our ineffectual politicians ignore.

The Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) should be stood down and the Royal Navy mobilised to intercept the dinghies at sea and take them to a ship out at sea to be processed.

Stop providing legal aid to migrant lawyers whose sole purpose in life is to stop deportations. The charitable status of migrant charities should be cancelled.

France has already been paid £500m by the UK to stop the boats and £662m for the next three years was agreed in April. The French are now saying this is not enough and are demanding £860m. How does one say ‘get lost’ in French?
