The former rugby league star stopped at AMT Headingley on Wednesday (Sep 30) during day four of his latest endurance challenge in support of the motor neurone disease community.

Crowds lined the route to welcome Sir Kevin and his team, with supporters waving flags and cheering as the runners arrived at the stadium.

During the stop, Sir Kevin ran an extra mile alongside members of the MND community as part of the challenge.

The Leeds Irish Choir also performed for those gathered at Headingley, with pictures capturing members of the choir singing as supporters waited for Sir Kevin's arrival.

Sir Kevin is undertaking seven ultra-marathons across seven consecutive days as part of 7 in 7: The Grand Finale, raising awareness and funds for people affected by MND.

The challenge follows years of fundraising inspired by his former Leeds Rhinos teammate and close friend Rob Burrow, who died from MND in 2024.

Sir Kevin's fundraising challenges have raised more than £11 million for MND causes.
