Garden centre near York sold after being listed for £500k

A garden centre near York has been sold 'subject to contract' after being on the market for around a month.

Cundalls had marketed the Airfield Garden Centre on the Full Sutton Airfield near Fanfoss for £495,000.

The 1.04 acre property with buildings and car parking had only recently closed and the previous owner had operated successfully for three seasons.

The business could re-open as a garden centre or with other uses, the agents added.

Cundalls confirmed to The Press that the property had been sold subject to contract, with completion likely to take six to eight weeks.

Until completion, when the agents said they would happy to comment further on the sale, they would not comment any further.
