A terraced family home can be converted into a six-bedroom HMO after plans were approved by the council.
An application to lawfully convert 41 Spring Mill Street, off Manchester Road, from a four bedroom house to a six bedroom HMO was submitted in the summer.
Planning officers at Bradford Council have said the change can go ahead under permitted development planning rules.
The application had been submitted by Glenn Avery of Tong Based Aveduff Ltd.
Planning officers said: “The internal layout and number of proposed bedrooms will provide each of the occupants with their own individual/private bedrooms and bathrooms which comprise of showers and toilets with access to shared communal spaces and facilities (lounge, kitchen and dining space with amenity space to the rear) with the shared communal area located on the property’s ground floor.
“The use of the existing dwelling as a HMO is acceptable under permitted development limitations.”
