Anderson will meet fans throughout the day and answer questions on stage at 2pm.
Kathryn Marshall, co-owner of Unleashed Events, said: "The response to our recent events, including the BBC Look North coverage from Sheffield, has demonstrated the appetite for accessible and welcoming pop-culture events across the North.
"We are delighted to bring Unleashed back to Teesside with Samuel Anderson, a packed programme of activities and 90 trader tables representing independent artists, creators and small businesses.
"We want people of every age and level of fandom to feel welcome, whether they arrive in full cosplay or are attending their first Comic-Con."
