The second phase of a North Yorkshire housing development has been unveiled following the sell-out of its first phase.
Manor Gardens, located in Brafferton, near Boroughbridge, is being developed by Leeds-based housebuilder Thomas Alexander Homes and will bring a new collection of detached two, three, and four-bedroom properties to the area.
Gemma Bateman, sales director at Thomas Alexander Homes, said: "We’re delighted to be returning to Brafferton with the second phase of Manor Gardens, particularly following the response we received to the first phase.
"Manor Gardens is a location that really reflects what we want a Thomas Alexander community to be.

"With Phase Two, we’ve introduced a carefully considered mix of homes that provides something for buyers at different stages of life, from a two-bedroom bungalow through to spacious four-bedroom family homes.
"Each one has been designed with the quality, attention to detail and practicality that our homeowners expect from us."
Manor Gardens is situated on Boroughbridge Road and offers easy access to York, Leeds, and surrounding towns, with nearby A1(M) and A19 connections.
