Popular chef loved by Leeds United stars to open new city centre restaurant

Work is ongoing ahead of the launch of the new restaurant

A chef popular with Leeds United legends will soon open a new restaurant in the city.

Lattawan Buchanan, better known as Chef Fern, is expanding her food empire in the city. Chef Fern oversees Fern Modern Sushi in the Central Arcade.

As we’ve previously reported, Fern Modern Sushi has received visits from Leeds United fan favourites. We’ve seen current star Dan James and former player Kalvin Phillips stop for visits.

Work is now ongoing ahead of the launch Fern Modern Sushi 2 in Leeds city centre. It will be based in Russell Street.

Signage is up promoting the upcoming opening. When we know more we’ll bring you further details.
