Families have been invited to tour a £750,000 redevelopment at a North Yorkshire childcare nursery.
Jigsaws Childcare Nursery in Church Fenton will hold a community open day on Saturday, September 26, from 9.45am to 3pm, with tours, staff introductions and information about its services.
The project has increased capacity from 51 to 68 children and added a two-storey building with modern facilities.

Helen Smith, business manager at Jigsaws Childcare, said: "This redevelopment is a really exciting new chapter for Jigsaws and for the families we support in and around Church Fenton.
"We wanted to create a setting that builds on everything people value about Jigsaws while giving children and families a modern, welcoming space to learn, play and grow.
"We’re delighted to finally be able to open the doors and invite local families in to see the transformation for themselves.
"We’re looking forward to celebrating with our community, welcoming families into our new spaces and giving them a taste of the experiences and opportunities we can provide for their children."
Work began on July 14 with the removal of the original prefabricated building.
The new nursery was built off-site from 14 modular pods, which were craned into place in August.
Jigsaws reopened to children on September 14.
The open day will feature a brief ceremony, tours of the new building and play and learning activities for families to try.
Visitors can explore four age-specific rooms designed to support early development through play.
Staff will lead a Forest School adventure and natural-dye printing, while families can toast marshmallows around the fire pit.
Refreshments will be served from the new kitchen.
Jigsaws Childcare was founded in 2007 as a not-for-profit organisation and has deep roots in Church Fenton.
The nursery offers full-day care, before- and after-school services and specialist support for children with special educational needs.
