Police are investigating the ‘sudden and unexplained’ death of a man in York.
The 28-year-old man was found collapsed by paramedics at an address on Wood Steet in the Heworth area at around 11pm on Friday (25 September).
The man died in hospital during the early hours of yesterday (Saturday).

A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “His family have been informed and are being supported while police enquiries continue.
“On Sunday morning, officers arrested a 54-year-old man and a 36-year-old woman in connection with the investigation. They remain in custody for questioning.
“The scene was closed on Saturday evening.”
