A new Halloween event will bring thrills, jump scares and pumpkin-picking fun to a popular North East family attraction.
Newham Grange Farm in Coulby Newham will host the after-dark event, Frightmare on the Farm for one night only on Wednesday, October 28, from 5pm to 8pm.
Philippa Storey, deputy mayor and executive member for culture at Middlesbrough Council, said: "Halloween is a brilliant time of year and there is a wide range of events at Newham Grange Farm for the whole family to enjoy.
"Frightmare on the Farm will be a fantastic opportunity to explore the farm after hours, as dusk falls, while our pumpkin patch gives children of all ages a chance to be creative and take part in the fun.
"Tickets always sell quickly for these popular spooky events, so don’t miss your chance to book."
The event is aimed at children aged 8 and over, with creepy characters, jump scares, a Halloween disco and other seasonal surprises.
Tickets are priced at £10 per person, with pumpkins available for an additional £3.75 each.
Tickets must be booked in advance through the Newham Grange Farm website.
Younger children and families can enjoy pumpkin picking, a Halloween trail, crafts and marshmallow toasting on October 17 and 18, and from October 24 to 31.
Standard farm admission applies to the Halloween events. Pumpkins cost from £3.75 each, while marshmallows cost extra.
