Hidden Yorkshire pizzeria named 'unique spot' with stunning views

The Yorkshire Dales is best known for its amazing hikes and beautiful countryside, but you can also find great food spots in the area.
If you are looking for somewhere to stop for some food during your hike, you could try this pizzeria that is hidden from view.
Rind can be found at the back of the Cheese Bar, a cheesemonger in Austwick, and offers wood-fired pizzas.
What is Rind in the Yorkshire Dales like?
The restaurant was visited by the popular content creator The Yorkshireman, who called Rind a “unique spot.”
He said: “The pizza is themed around British cheese, showcasing some of the best from around the country, putting a little twist on your typical Neapolitan-style pizzas.
“The restaurant has the most gorgeous views of the surrounding Yorkshire Dales.”
Rind’s menu features a range of pizzas to choose from, including the popular blue cheese and pear and Yorkshire rarebit pizzas.
There is also a chorizo and chilli honey pizza as well as a simple margherita.
You can add some dips on the side, from ranch to chilli honey, as well as a few sides like garlic butter potatoes and whipped Yorkshire sheep ricotta.
If you just want to try out some of the cheeses, you can pick a few to be served with crackers.

There are also a few desserts that could be worth adding on, from a dark chocolate mousse to a parkin tiramisu.

One person said: “Absolutely excellent find.
“With the Courtyard Dairy next door plus a natural wine shop in the courtyard plus bakery what’s not to like!
“Service really friendly, pizzas really delicious (and reasonably priced) with really amazing views to the fells on two sides.
“Couldn’t find fault and would strongly recommend (especially pear and Stilton pizza).”
Another person said: “We were so excited to come here as we had heard such amazing things and it truly lived up to its reputation.
“Delicious pizza and friendly and attentive staff.
“The pizza choices were different but in a great way - the blue cheese and pear pizza with hot honey - just fantastic!
