A NEW vintage clothing shop is opening its doors, promising a fresh addition to Skipton town centre.

Skipton Vintage Supply will open at 34 Sheep Street today (Saturday), offering curated clothing for men, women, and children.

The launch follows a full transformation of the retail unit into what is described as a "family shopping destination."

Mark Carling, founder of estate agency Carling Jones, said: "We are incredibly proud to have secured this letting and to welcome Skipton Vintage Supply to 34 Sheep Street.

"Supporting independent, unique businesses is exactly how we keep Skipton’s high street vibrant and successful.

"Ed and his team have done a fantastic job transforming the shop, and we have no doubt it will be an instant hit with families from tomorrow morning."

Ed Harrison, owner of Skipton Vintage Supply, said the location was key to the launch.

He said: "Finding the right space in Skipton was critical for us, and 34 Sheep Street is the perfect home.

"We’ve worked tirelessly to get the shop looking incredible and stocked with fantastic vintage finds for men, women, and children."

The shop opens on Saturday, September 26.
