A ROAD closure has been announced for Lidget Place in Bradford.
The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council will close a section of Lidget Place, Bradford, for waterworks from October 7, 2026.
This will affect the road from outside No. 65 to outside No. 79.
Work-related vehicles will have access, while pedestrian routes remain open.
Alternative routes for affected drivers are via the unaffected section of Lidget Place, Beckside Road, and Lidget Terrace.
The restriction is active from 8am on October 7, 2026, to 6pm on October 9, 2026.
However, the closure period could be extended up to 18 months if needed.
