The heartbroken family of a woman 'murdered' in a flat above a Darlington pub have said she was “loved by everyone.”
A 44-year-old arrested on suspicion of her murder remains in custody while a 27-year-old arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender has been released on bail.
In a statement, the care worker's family said: “Leanne was just the best mam, nana, daughter and friend we could wish for.
“She was loved by everyone and would do anything for anyone.
“She was the life and soul of the party and loved to dance.
