Firefighters tackled a blaze which tore through a County Durham chip shop.
Three fire crews were called to South Moor Fish Shop on Park Road just after 6pm on Wednesday (August 26).
Video shared on social media shows the fire tearing through the chippy with flames leaping out of the shop frontage.
The road was closed while firefighters tackled the blaze, leaving after about an hour and 20 minutes.
The cause of the fire and extent of the damage is yet to be confirmed. No injuries have been reported.
A County Durham and Darlington Fire and Rescue Service (CDDFRS) said: "We were called at 6.18pm last night (August 26) to a fire at a chip shop on Park Road in South Moor, Stanley.

"Three fire engines from High Handenhold, Consett and Durham Fire Stations attended.
"Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used one main jet to put out the fire and a thermal imaging camera to check for hotspots.
"Crews left the scene at 7.42pm."
