A MAN has been charged following an investigation into non-recent child sexual offences.
Zephaniah McIntosh, 66, of Harehills in Leeds, is accused of offences that allegedly took place at a children’s home in Leeds between 2001 and 2002.
He has been charged with one count of indecent assault and four counts of rape against a girl under the age of 16.
West Yorkshire Police said the charges relate to a single victim who was 15 years old at the time of the offences.
Mr McIntosh is due to appear at Leeds Magistrates’ Court on October 2.
He is described as self-identifying as Black Caribbean, including Black British.
