FRESHLY baked sourdough pizzas and stuffed dough balls are on the menu at a new kitchen launching this Bank Holiday weekend.
Bini Brew Co, based at Little Lane Taproom in Ilkley, will officially open its new pizza kitchen, Bini Dough Co, on Friday, August 28, serving hand-stretched, stone-baked artisan pizzas.
Toppings will feature ingredients from Lishman’s of Ilkley, a multi-award-winning local butcher and charcutier.
James Rudge, founder of Bini Brew Co, said: "Opening our own kitchen has always been part of the plan for Little Lane, so it is brilliant to finally be ready to serve our first pizzas.
"We want the Taproom to be somewhere that individuals, families and groups can enjoy great beer, freshly made food, music and warm hospitality.
"Bini Dough Co is the natural next step, and Bini Fest gives us the perfect opportunity to launch it with a proper celebration."

To mark the launch, Bini Brew Co will host Bini Fest, a free four-day family-friendly event running throughout the Bank Holiday weekend.
The festival will include live music, carnival games, and entertainment, all under cover. No booking is required, and both children and dogs are welcome.
The opening menu will feature five 10-inch sourdough pizzas, including options such as pepperoni, ham and mushroom, spicy meat feast, and vegetarian supreme.
Stuffed dough balls will also be available, filled with either pepperoni and cheese or a vegetarian alternative.

The new kitchen has created several jobs and will initially serve customers dining in at the Taproom, with plans to introduce takeaway and delivery services in the future.
During the festival, pizzas will be served from 4pm on Friday and from midday on Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holiday Monday.

Following the launch, the kitchen will open every Thursday to Sunday.
Bini Fest will take place at Bini Brew Co, 25 Little Lane, Ilkley, LS29 8HX.
Festival hours will be 3pm to 10pm on Friday, and from midday to 10pm on Saturday and Sunday.
On Bank Holiday Monday, the event will run from midday to 8pm.
