A North East doctor is set to face a medical tribunal over allegations of “dishonesty” and making "untrue" medical records.
Dr Yakuba Benjamin - whose area of practice is Stockton - is accused of carrying out consultations with three patients, during which untrue notes were made in the patient’s records.
It is further alleged that Dr Benjamin’s conduct was dishonest.

The virtual misconduct hearing will begin on September 21 and is expected to conclude on September 29.
The decision will be published online within 28 days of the conclusion of the hearing.
