The Public Notice Portal carries statutory public notices published in local newspapers and is the fastest and most effective way of finding out what is happening in YOUR neighbourhood.
Search the Public Notice Portal New 20mph speed limits and one-way traffic restrictions are set to be introduced in Guisborough town centre.
The changes, being implemented by Redcar and Cleveland Council, will affect several key roads in the town.
The new regulations, which come into effect on Wednesday, September 30, have been established under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The 20mph speed limit will apply to the entire length of Bakehouse Square, Chaloner Mews, Chaloner Street, and Chapel Street.
It will also be enforced on Bow Street, from a point 10 metres south of its junction with Fountain Street to its northern extent, and Church Street, from its junction with Westgate/Bow Street for a distance of 140 metres in a north-easterly direction.
Fountain Street will be covered by the new speed limit from its junction with Chaloner Street to its junction with Bow Street.
Westgate will also be affected, with the 20mph limit applying from a point 60 metres west of its junction with New Road to its eastern extent.
In addition to the new speed limits, one-way traffic systems will be introduced on Chaloner Street and Fountain Street.
Chaloner Street will operate one-way from its junction with Fountain Street, in a northerly direction to its junction with Westgate.
Fountain Street will have one-way traffic from its junction with Walton Terrace, in an easterly direction to its junction with Chaloner Street.

The public can view the details of the new order at the Redcar and Cleveland House on Kirkleatham Street, Redcar, between 11am and 2pm, Monday to Friday.
The details are also available on the Redcar and Cleveland website under the 'Permanent highway notices' section.
If anyone wishes to challenge the validity of the order or any provision in it, they can do so.
They must apply to the High Court within six weeks from August 24 for this purpose.
