FRESHLY baked sourdough pizzas, live music and carnival games will be on offer as Bini Brew Co celebrates the launch of its new permanent pizza kitchen with a free four-day festival in Ilkley.
The brewery will open Bini Dough Co at its Little Lane Taproom on Friday, August 28, serving hand-stretched, stone-baked artisan sourdough pizzas and stuffed dough balls.
Using toppings supplied by multi award-winning Ilkley butcher and charcutier Lishman's, the new kitchen marks the latest expansion for the independent brewery.

To celebrate the launch, Bini Brew Co is hosting Bini Fest, a free family-friendly event running throughout the Bank Holiday weekend. The festival will feature live music, carnival games and entertainment, with children and dogs welcome.
All activities will take place under cover and no booking is required.
Alex Ashman will perform at 4pm on Friday. Saturday's line-up includes Robert Bryce at 3.30pm, Fintan at 5pm and headliners The Snips at 7.30pm.
James Rudge, founder of Bini Brew Co, said: "Opening our own kitchen has always been part of the plan for Little Lane, so it is brilliant to finally be ready to serve our first pizzas.
"We want the Taproom to be somewhere that individuals, families and groups can enjoy great beer, freshly made food, music and warm hospitality.
"Bini Dough Co is the natural next step, and Bini Fest gives us the perfect opportunity to launch it with a proper celebration."
The opening menu includes five 10-inch sourdough pizzas, featuring pepperoni, ham and mushroom, spicy meat feast and vegetarian supreme options.

Customers will also be able to choose from stuffed dough balls with either pepperoni and cheese or a vegetarian filling.
Emma Lishman, of Lishman's of Ilkley, said: "We are delighted to be supplying Bini Dough Co and to support another Ilkley independent creating an exciting new local food offer."
The venture has created several new jobs and will initially serve customers eating at the taproom, with takeaway and delivery options planned for the future.
Pizza will be available throughout Bini Fest from 4pm on Friday and from midday on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday.
Following the launch weekend, Bini Dough Co will operate from Thursday to Sunday each week.
Bini Fest takes place at Bini Brew Co, 25 Little Lane, Ilkley, LS29 8HX. Opening times are 3pm to 10pm on Friday, midday to 10pm on Saturday and Sunday, and midday to 8pm on Bank Holiday Monday.
