A popular festival is returning this week with four days of music performances and entertainment.

Leeds Festival is a huge festival that takes place over four days over the August Bank Holiday.

The festival draws in thousands every year, with people turning up at the campsite from tomorrow (Wednesday, August 26).

If you have never been to the festival before or need to check some of the essential information, here is what you need to know about Leeds Festival 2026.

When is Leeds Festival 2026 taking place?

Leeds Festival 2026 is taking place from Thursday, August 27, to Sunday, August 30, at Bramham Park in Leeds.

Early Bird Ticket holders can enter the campsites from midday on Wednesday, August 26.

If you have a weekend ticket, you can enter the campsite from 3pm on Thursday, August 27.

The main arena will be open from 5pm to 12.30am on Thursday, and from 11am to 12.30am on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

If you have a weekend camping ticket, you can leave and re-enter the arena and campsites whenever you like, but day ticket holders cannot leave and re-enter the arena.

Line-up for Leeds Festival 2026

On the Thursday, the main act is Kasabian, but there will be a few other performances including from The Lathums, Halfpint, and Holland.

On Friday, the headliners are Chase & Status and Florence + The Machine, with other acts including Role Model, Blossoms, Kneecap, and The K’s.

The headliners on Saturday are Charli XCX and Fontaines D.C., while you can catch Skepta, Declan McKenna, Geese, and Adela throughout the day.

On the final day, the headliners are Dave and Raye, with other performances from Sombr, Jade, and Maisie Peters.

Prohibited items at Leeds Festival 2026

There are a range of items prohibited from the campsite such as spray cans, fireworks, campfires, drones, balloons, airhorns, and large sound systems.

There are certain things that are banned in the arena only, including flags, cans, chairs, blankets, and alcohol for personal consumption.

Food and Drink at Leeds Festival 2026

Small amounts of food can be brought into the arena, as well as sealed soft drinks under 500ml and empty reusable water bottles of any size.

There are water points inside the arena where you can fill up your bottle for free.

There are multiple bars and stalls selling different food and drinks.
