33 VEHICLES were found to be speeding during a community speed watch operation.
Police monitored 53 vehicles on Lane Side at the junction with Station Road in Wilsden on Saturday, following speeding concerns raised by residents.
18 vehicles were recorded travelling at 26mph or above in the 20mph zone.
15 were recorded travelling between 21mph and 25mph.
A spokesman for Shipley Neighbourhood Policing Team said: "This was a speed watch operation to give officers an idea of the number of drivers exceeding the speed limit.
"No speeding tickets were issued on this occasion.
"Further such operations are planned."
