A Bradford chef who won over viewers on Come Dine with Me is returning to his roots by hosting a special food event at his local pub this Bank Holiday weekend.
Kulvir Singh, who appeared on the popular Channel 4 programme earlier this year, will be serving traditional Punjabi food at The Watchmaker Tasting Rooms at The Square in Thornton this Saturday.
The event will also feature live music from Sleight & Wade, with organisers promising an evening of food, music and community spirit.
Success since Come Dine with Me

Since appearing on the show, Mr Singh said he has kept busy travelling around the country with his food business, Singh 4 Supper.
He told the T&A "Since Come Dine with Me, I've been quite busy with my pop-up events…basically, I just go up and down the country really, setting up a gazebo or working in people's kitchens,"
The chef regularly sets up at pubs, private venues and events, cooking traditional Punjabi dishes for customers.

A return to where it started
Despite his growing profile, Mr Singh said Bradford remains at the heart of everything he does.
The Watchmaker is particularly special to him because it was one of the first venues to support his cooking.
He explained: "When this all started, there's a pub called The Watchmaker and The Black Horse.
"These are the two pubs that really gave me my platform to practise and lodge myself."
Mr Singh also credited Come Dine With Me for helping him reach a wider audience.
He added: "I always give a big shout out to them as well, and a big thank you to Come Dine With Me really, because from there I think my social media grew."

What's on the menu?
Visitors attending the event can expect authentic Punjabi cooking rather than dishes adapted for takeaway menus.
Mr Singh said: "I'm doing traditional Punjabi food - It's not takeaway stuff.
"I don't label my food with these made-up names like Bhuna, Karahi, Balti. It's just traditional, home-cooked Punjabi food."
One of his favourite dishes to prepare is pakora.
He said: "I make a big thing about telling people it's pakora, not onion bhaji."
Guests can also expect handmade Punjabi samosas and other traditional dishes throughout the evening.
