The application seeks to allow the company to keep the additional vehicles at Yard G, O’Brien Business Park, Chester-le-Street, DH3 2TB.

The proposed change concerns the number of goods vehicles and trailers based at the operating centre. The notice does not give a date for any decision or say when the vehicles would be added.

The public notice was published on August 21.

Owners or occupiers of nearby land, including buildings, can object if they believe their use or enjoyment of the land would be affected.

Written representations must be sent to the Traffic Commissioner at Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE within 21 days of the notice.

They must also send a copy of their representations to NVD U.K Ltd at the address given in the notice.

The notice says representations should explain the reasons for the objection. The applicant must receive the copy at the same time.
