An alert went out after a boat suffered engine trouble late last night (Sunday).
It was on the River Derwent near Ferry Lane, Breighton.
Emergency services received a request for help shortly before midnight.

A Humberside Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Report of one adult and two children requiring rescue from a RIB vessel with defective engine.
“All three persons off boat upon arrival of fire service. Portable lighting in use.”
