An incident of fly-tipping has sparked health and safety concerns in a busy supermarket car park.
The waste, found on Young Street in the car park of Morrisons Girlington at the Victoria Shopping Centre, was left overflowing from five supermarket trolleys onto the pavement.
The debris includes household items, clothing, shoes, underwear, and several plastic bags.
A resident said the volume and condition of the rubbish suggested it had been building up for some time.

They said: "It is evident this has been accumulating over a considerable period of time.
"This is not only an eyesore for shoppers and residents using the retail park, but it presents a genuine public health hazard.
"Leaving waste unattended in an open public car park is bound to attract vermin and pests, posing a risk to the surrounding area and customers."
The Telegraph & Argus has approached Morrisons for a comment.
