CITY have been ranked ninth in the Think Fan Engagement Index – a rise of three places from the year before.
The system rates each club on dialogue, governance and transparency and the Bantams collected 175 points for 2025/26. That included 80 for dialogue – speaking to fans – which is the joint-highest score in the category from all 116 assessed.
That score was based on City’s structured dialogue with the Supporters’ Trust, monthly Supporters Board meetings, fans’ forums, and City Talk newsletters.
City received 35 points for governance, a 15-point gain, and 60 for transparency.
The index was first published for the 2018/19 season when City finished 86th. They are now in the top 10 above every Premier League side.
Exeter were named number one, ahead of Lincoln and Swansea. City are the second best in Yorkshire – 15 points behind Doncaster. Click HERE for the full list.
