Major retailer Magnet Kitchens officially opens a new store in Harrogate tomorrow.
The Mayor of Harrogate, Councillor Viv Poskitt, will cut the ribbon at 9am to officially at Unit 5 in Albert Street.
The store replaces its former branch on Ripon Road, which is being converted into a Wickes and is due to open “in early October.”

Magnet CEO Sophie Rose and James Cheetham, Store Operations Director, will join the Mayor at the ceremony along with Magnet colleagues from the Harrogate store.
Magnet Kitchens has begun accepting virtual and in-store appointments, with slots available from tomorrow.
The retailer has posted on its website: “Visit Magnet's Kitchen Showroom in Harrogate, where industry expertise meets creativity. We're pleased to offer free Design Consultations, tailoring every detail to your unique kitchen vision for your home.

The move comes as Magnet in June announced the closure of 15 stores as part of a major restructure, including its depot at Lysander Close off Kettlestring Lane, York.
