A MAJOR road in York has been partially blocked this morning (Monday, August 24) after reports of an "obstruction" in a carriageway.
The A64 eastbound has been affected from the A659 junction with Tadcaster to the Bilbrough junction.
There are reports of slow traffic in the area.
