An investigation was launched after was was seen “seen pouring out” of a building in York.
Firefighters from Acomb went to the incident on Shipton Road at8.51pm last night (Saturday).
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Acomb crews investigated a report of water seen pouring out of a disused building.

“The crew was unable to gain access to the building. Yorkshire Water was requested to isolate the external supply.”
