Johnny Depp rocked a Halifax stage last night as his band played the Piece Hall.
The Hollywood Vampires, also starring Alice Cooper, Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry and Tommy Henriksen, wowed a sold-out crowd on the final date of their UK tour - which included venues like Manchester's AO Arena and Cardiff Castle.
The talented musicians excelled through various songs of their own along with a collection of covers.
These included The Who's Baba O'Riley,* Heroesby David Bowie, AC/DC favourite Highway to Hell*.
Going into the show, I thought it would be legendary tunes like this that would be the standout, so I was surprised to enjoy the band's original material just as much.

The Damned in Halifax
It was The Damned who opened matters - reminiscing about a golden age of punk rock.
The band brought five decades of ground-breaking music as part of their 50th anniversary celebrations.
The four-piece were keen to tell the thousands in attendance that they had still got it - "and so have you", lead singer Dave Vanian reassured everyone.
Tunes like Eloise andNew Rose warmed up the spectators nicely before the Vampires took to the stage.

Classy Cooper
With Depp capturing most of the attention, for obvious reasons, I thought the real star of the show was Alice Cooper.
The 78-year-old was a true all-rounder.
One minute you’d see him leading the collaboration before moving back to take up duties on the guitar.
In terms of his showmanship, there haven't been many better in the last half century.

Johnny Depp on vocals
Don't get me wrong though, Hollywood actor Depp still played his part - even jumping on the mic for a few songs later in the set.
And that was the same for Perry, whose ability on the guitar just amazed me.
The theme of the show was paying homage to the band's "Dead Drunk Friends".
Videos would often flashed up icons of music who are sadly no longer with us, including Ozzy Osbourne, Jimi Hendrix and Bowie.

Opening with Hollywood Vampires’ I Want My Now andDead Drunk Friends, the band powered through a hit-packed one hour 45-minute set.
A medley of Cooper’s School’s Out For Summer and Pink Floyd’sAnother Brick In The Wall saw huge balloons sent into the crowd, which the frontman promptly burst as they returned to the stage.
Following an earlier tribute to guitar legend Jeff Beck, the Vampires closed the night with Hi Ho Silver Lining, joined by the crowd in a huge sing-along.
