One person was taken to hospital after the air ambulance was called to an incident in Redcar.
Emergency services, including the Great North Air Ambulance Service, were called at 12.47pm on Sunday, August 23.
A medical incident is understood to have happened near the Lidl supermarket.
A spokesperson for Great North Air Ambulance Service said: “Our critical care team was activated at 12.47pm to reports of a medical incident in Redcar.
“We had a paramedic and doctor on board our aircraft and they arrived on scene at 12.57pm.
“Our team worked alongside the North East Ambulance Service (NEAS) to assess and treat a patient.
“The patient was transported to hospital by a NEAS road crew, accompanied by our team.”
