Search the Public Notice Portal Motorists in County Durham are being warned about a temporary road closure set to last up to two weeks while essential gas main replacement works are carried out.
The closure will affect Park View Rear in Chester-le-Street from 8am on Monday, August 24.
The order prohibits all vehicles from using a 34-metre section to the rear of numbers 17 to 20 Park View. It also covers a 19-metre section between numbers 18 and 19 Park View.

The restriction is needed to allow gas main replacement works to take place.
Work is expected to last for two weeks, with an estimated end date of September 7. Alternative closure dates may be needed, and these will be displayed on signs at the site.
A diversion will be available. Drivers can travel to the side of number 1 Park View or use Glenavon Road.
