A popular dog-friendly event is set to return to a North Yorkshire attraction offering owners and their pets a day of activities.
Dog Day will take place on Sunday, September 6, at the Himalayan Garden and Sculpture Park near Ripon, in partnership with organisers Positively Canine.
Jo Brook from Positively Canine said: "We are thrilled to be bringing Dog Day back to the Himalayan Gardens again.
"This year promises to be even better than last year’s event.
"We have a wide range of stalls for dogs and humans as well as a fun dog show, demonstrations of various dog activities and a chance to meet some of our tracking dogs and learn more about Lost Dog Tracking."
The event will raise funds and awareness for the Lost Dog Tracking Network (LDTN) and will feature a dog show, ‘have-a-go’ activities, and demonstrations.
Visitors will be able to see scent work in action and watch obedience exercises led by Clarie Brown, Great Britain’s representative at the World IGP Championships for working dogs.

Trade stands will offer dog-related merchandise and treats, and a pet photographer will be on hand to capture special moments throughout the day.
Guests can also enjoy walking their dogs around the park’s 45-acre garden and sculpture park.
Ms Brook said: "As a tiny charity, this is a fantastic chance for us to raise awareness of what we do and hopefully give everyone, humans and dogs alike, a memorable day out."
