The restaurant’s lunch menu has plenty of sandwiches to choose from, including The Jolly’s Famous Crab Sandwich and a poached salmon option with chive crème fraîche.

The evening menu features starters ranging from Lindisfarne oysters and a Craster Kipper Scotch egg to Craster smoked salmon mousse.

There are lots of seafood mains, like sea bream and the Jolly’s fish pie, as well as non-fish choices.

The Jolly Fisherman’s Sunday roast features duck-fat roast potatoes, gravy, carrots, parsnips and a Yorkshire pudding, and you can choose from beef, lamb, pork and a fillet of salmon.
