A new series of a popular television programme featuring the Yorkshire Shepherdess Amanda Owen and her family is set to arrive on screens this autumn.
Our Farm Next Door: Amanda, Clive & Kids will return for a fourth series in October 2026, as the Owen family continue their ambitious restoration of a derelict farmhouse in the Yorkshire Dales.
Channel 4 has yet to reveal the exact date and time for the first episode, but the new five-part series is scheduled to begin in October.

Amanda will once again be joined by her former husband Clive and their children as cameras follow work at the centuries-old property, known locally as Anty John’s, near the family's Ravenseat Farm in Swaledale.
The latest episodes will pick up as the restoration increasingly moves inside the farmhouse following years of work on its roof, walls and other structural elements.
What is the new series about?
Our Farm Next Door: Amanda, Clive & Kids follows the Owen family as they attempt to bring the neighbouring farmhouse back to life and turn it into a home for the future.
Having made major progress on the outside of the building, the family will now face some of the crucial jobs needed to make the remote property habitable.
These are expected to include installing plumbing and securing running water, as well as making decisions about the layout and appearance of the farmhouse's rooms.
Viewers will also continue to see the family's day-to-day life at the 2,000-acre Ravenseat Farm, where Amanda and her children tackle the demands of farming in one of the most remote parts of North Yorkshire.
Amanda is also expected to continue delving into the history of Anty John’s and discovering more about the people who previously called the property home.
When is Our Farm Next Door back on TV?
The fourth series is due to begin in October 2026, although Channel 4 has not yet confirmed a specific transmission date or time.
The broadcaster commissioned series three and four together as ten hour-long programmes, split into two runs of five episodes.
The new instalments are set to chart the next stage of the renovation, with the focus moving increasingly towards the farmhouse's interior.
What has Amanda Owen said?
Speaking when the additional episodes were announced, Amanda said she was “beyond delighted” that the family had been given another opportunity to share their lives and the restoration project with viewers.
She also thanked Channel 4 for its continued support and praised the production team for coping with the challenges of filming amid difficult weather, a busy family and the inevitable “chaos” caused by children and animals.

The programme brought Amanda and Clive back together on television following the end of their hugely popular Channel 5 series Our Yorkshire Farm.
That programme followed the couple as they raised their nine children while running Ravenseat and regularly attracted audiences of more than three million viewers.
Amanda Owen's new children's book
The television return comes during a busy period for Amanda, who is also preparing to publish another collection of stories for younger readers.
Cosy Bedtime Stories from the Farm is due to be released by Puffin on September 3, shortly before the new series begins.
Illustrated by Becca Hall, the book features ten short stories inspired by Amanda's family and their adventures at Ravenseat.
The stories take young readers on trips beside rivers, camping beneath the stars and through quieter moments spent with the farm's animals.

Aimed at children aged six and over, the collection also includes quizzes and a glossary explaining farming words and phrases.
It will be available in hardback, ebook and audiobook formats, with Amanda narrating the audiobook herself.
Amanda has previously spoken about how reading the books of Yorkshire vet James Herriot inspired her own move towards a life in the countryside.
She is now a five-time Sunday Times bestselling author and has also been chosen by Penguin as one of its National Year of Reading champions.
Her previous children's collection, Christmas Tales from the Farm, featured festive stories involving the Owen family and the animals at Ravenseat. A paperback edition is due to follow on October 1.
A full broadcast date for series four of Our Farm Next Door: Amanda, Clive & Kids is expected to be announced closer to its October return.
