A woman reported missing a week ago has been found safe and well, North Yorkshire Police has announced.
The 27-year-old was seen in Acomb on Saturday, but after that no-one seemed to know where she was and police began to look for her.
On Wednesday, after carrying out various searches and enquiries without success, they asked the public for help.
Yesterday evening, they announced that she had been found safe and well.
Police thanked everyone who helped with the appeal and their enquiries.
