The Met Office has forecast a mix of sunshine and clouds for Malton this weekend.

Saturday will start off cool and somewhat cloudy, with temperatures around 10C from 6am to 10am, dropping slightly to 9C by 11am.

Sunny intervals are expected to begin around midday, with the chance of rain increasing to 20 per cent from around 9am onwards.

Winds will remain light at approximately 3 to 5 mph.

In the afternoon, temperatures will gradually rise, reaching 15C by 5pm, while the chance of rain will decrease to 10 per cent by 4pm.

The evening will see more settled conditions, with temperatures reaching 18C by 11pm.

Sunny intervals will continue, while the chance of rain will fall to below 5 per cent from around 6pm onwards, and winds will be around 4 to 6 mph.

Later in the night, temperatures will fall from around 17C to 11C.

Sunny intervals will give way to partly cloudy conditions.

Rain probability will remain below 5 per cent, with winds gradually easing to around 2 to 4 mph.

Sunday is expected to be warmer, sunnier, and very dry, with particularly pleasant conditions from late morning through the afternoon.

The early morning will start partly cloudy around midnight before becoming clear for the remainder of the night.

Temperatures will fall from around 10C at midnight to 8C by 6am.

Rain probability will remain below 5 per cent, with very light winds of around 2 mph.

The morning will see a sunny start, with temperatures rising quickly from 8C at 6am to 18C at midday.

Sunny intervals will develop later in the morning.

Rain will remain below 5 per cent, with exceptionally light winds of around 2 mph.

The afternoon will be warm, bright, and settled, with sunny intervals throughout.

Temperatures will reach 20C from 2pm to 4pm, before easing slightly to 19C at 5pm.

The chance of rain will remain below 5 per cent throughout, while winds will stay very light at 2 to 4 mph for most of the afternoon.

The evening will remain mild with sunny intervals, at around 18C at 7pm.

Temperatures will then fall to approximately 14C at 9pm as skies become partly cloudy.

Winds will be around 4 to 6 mph, still relatively light, and rain will remain very unlikely at below 5 per cent.

Late night will see partly cloudy conditions continue, with temperatures falling to around 13C at 10pm.

Rain probability will stay below 5 per cent, while winds will ease from around 4 mph to 3 mph.
